Yes my friends, back again, back again. Have a look at the rules for tonight’s challenge since you know I can get as tricky as rocking a rhyme that’s right on time. The goal tonight is to find two current vehicles that you will buy preowned in four to five years and beat on until they are nothing but rusted lugs and petrified McDonald’s fries between the seat backs. Take your pick between the Quick Response or the Research Response , this way you can participate in a hurry or have a way to kill a little bit of time. Enjoy yo’selves!
Quick Response
Two vehicles from the 2016 and/or 2017 model year.
Both vehicles must be under an MSRP of $22k, (
this way they will be below $10k in 5 years when you actually buy them
)!
Research Response
Two vehicles from the 2016 and/or 2017 model year.
Both vehicles must be under $22k.
At least one vehicle CANNOT have an independent rear suspension.
Both vehicles must use forced induction.
You MUST denote the trim level of both models!

Colorado W/T
Nissan Micra SR
Nissan Micra SR
Micra has a torsion beam in the back. Can’t find a turbocharged car for cheap enough, so I’m compromising.

I think I’d just have a fleet of these, or get two and turn one of them into R5 rally-spec.

I can’t for the life of me figure out what has and doesn’t have an independent rear suspension so I’ll just go with all the other criteria:
Dacia Duster 1.2 TCe 125 (turbo petrol) Lauréate - $21,625
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Renault Twingo 0.9 Energy TCe 90 (turbo petrol) Dynamique S - $18,209
